Il percorso individuale può essere portato avanti di persona o online, comodamente da casa tua.
Consiste nel prendere consapevolezza del momento presente, guidati in uno Spazio Sacro in cui ogni emozione ha diritto di esistere ed essere espressa in sicurezza, per poter sciogliere nodi energetici che bloccano il tuo fluire alla vita, e rendere nuovamente disponibile questa energia, tua naturale alleata.
Il viaggio all’interno di noi per conoscere se stessi, porta ad una nuova ed ampliata consapevolezza di pensiero, che ci regala possibilità finora sconosciute a cui accedere, verso la manifestazione di risultati nuovi ed appaganti, al di là delle limitazioni autoimposte e delle vecchie modalità ripetitive.
Come lavoro
Siamo fatti di strati, al nostro interno è l’Essenza. Nella nostra infanzia accadono ferite, che ci lasciano vulnerabili e doloranti nel nostro strato più immaturo e bisognoso, e da lì costruiamo la nostra difesa, sviluppiamo i modi in cui proteggerci dal mondo per non dover soffrire più. Sopra la difesa con i nostri comportamenti automatici per dare la colpa al mondo, spesso indossiamo una maschera per non mostrare veramente cosa c’è sotto. Così non permettiamo a un nuovo dolore di toccarci, né di connetterci in relazioni intime, tenendo lontano il mondo dal nostro strato interiore e noi stessi dalla nostra verità.
Per ritornare a contattare la nostra parte più intima e vera, è necessario passare attraverso tutti questi strati, raggiungere l’Essenza, e sviluppare quei muscoli energetici necessari per poter chiamare in aiuto il nostro Sè Adulto e maturo e sostituire ai comportamenti automatici, la scelta di come vogliamo portarci nel mondo. Abbiamo sempre una scelta, se rimanere aperti o difenderci, se vogliamo portare la nostra essenza al servizio della nostra crescita interiore, o se vogliamo restare per sempre nello stato di sopravvivenza del bambino ferito, difendendoci dal mondo e dalla possibilità di creare delle connessioni profonde e autentiche.
La mia Via di lavoro si avvale delle competenze di Counseling Energetico in Sintesi Personale, Possibility Management, e di tutti gli insegnamenti ricevuti sul cammino della mia vita, di cui sono grata, in particolare degli insegnamenti de La Guida di Eva Pierrakos, che ha sviluppato The Pathwork, “il Sentiero” per eccellenza di cammino spirituale per chi si vuole avvicinare alla scoperta del proprio vero sè, e della propria evoluzione personale e spirituale; e degli insegnamenti di Learning Love di Krishnananda e Amana.
Lavoro con il bambino interiore, le ferite di abbandono, invasione, tradimento, rifiuto e imperfezione, il Sè Immaturo ed il Sè Adulto, la Maschera, le 5 strutture di difesa (Evanescente, Orale, Masochista, Dispotica e Rigida) verso il ricongiungimento con la nostra Essenza, attraverso la via della vulnerabilità e autenticità.

INDIVIDUAL PATHWORK
The individual pathwork can be carried out in person or online, from the comfort of your home.
It consists in becoming aware of the present moment, guided in a Sacred Space in which every feelings has the right to exist and be expressed in safety, in order to be able to dissolve energy knots that block your flow to life, and make this energy, your natural ally, available again.
The journey within you to know yourselves leads to a new and expanded awareness of thought, which gives you access to unknown possibilities, towards the manifestation of new and satisfying results, beyond the new self-imposed possibilities and old repetitive ways.
How I work
We are made of layers, inside us is the Essence. Wounds happens in our childhood. Leaving us vulnerable and aching in our most immature and needy layer, and from there we build our defence, we develop ways in which to protect ourselves from the world so we never had to suffer again. Over defense with our authomatic behavior to blame the world, we often wear a mask to not truly show what’s underneath. So we don’t allow new pain to reach us, not connect us in intimate relationships, keeping the world away from our inner layer and ourselves from our truth.
To return to contact our most intimate and true part, it is necessary to pass though all these layers, reach the Essence and develop those energetic muscles necessary to be able to call our adult and mature self for help and replace authomatic behaviours, the choice of how we want to take ourselves into the world. We always have a choice, whether to remain open or defend ourselves, if we want to bring our essence to the service of our inner growth, or if we want to remain forever in the state of survival of the wounded child, defending ourselves from the world and from the possibility of creating deep and authentic connections.
My Way to work uses the skills of Sintesi Personale Energetic Counseling, Possibility Management, and all the teachings received on the pathway of my life, of which I am grateful, in particular of the teaching of The Guide of Eva Pierrakos, who developed The Pathwork, a journey par excellence for those who want to approach the discovery of their true Self, and of their personal and spiritual evolution; adn of the teaching of Learning Love of Krishnananda e Amana.
I work with the inner child, wounds of abandonment, invasion, betrayed, rejection and imperfection, the Immature Self and the Adult Self, the Mask, the 5 defensive structures ( Evanescent, Oral, Masochist, Despotic and Rigid), towards reunion with our Essence Though the way of vulnerability and authenticity.
